Strength work and cardio interval training are the best way to keep your body in shape.

These sessions offer a blend of both and are designed to really make a difference. So, if you have been running for, say, 20 minutes at constant pace 3 times a week for a long time and are wondering why nothing is changing, then you might want to replace one of your runs with a Bootcamp Class.

The demand for these is high, so please be patient if there is a waiting list for some of them.
