Strength work and cardio interval training are the best way to keep
your body in shape.
These sessions offer a blend of both and are designed to really make a
difference. So, if you have been running for, say, 20 minutes at constant pace 3
times a week for a long
time and are wondering why nothing is changing, then you might want to
replace one of your runs
with a Bootcamp Class.
The demand for these is high, so please be patient if there is a waiting list for some of them.

- The sessions take place inside in winter and out in the open air in summer.
- All fitness levels are catered for but prepare to work hard in a vibrant team atmosphere.
- The cost per class is £8.50 if you do one class, £8.00 if you do two classes, or £7.50 if you do 3 classes per week. Fees are payable half-termly up-front. It is fine also to join mid-term if there is a slot.
- They are popular and slots go quickly so if you want to keep your metabolic rate revved up (something which constant pace exercise just does not do), then get in touch and we'll get you sorted with a slot.
