There are 3 different options which run throughout the year. They are all designed not only to shed unwanted inches but also to detox your system, kick bad habits into touch and push your energy and fitness to another level.
This is the Queen of the options. *
- A period of 3 weeks following a pure, clean but rigid eating plan (there is no starving or dodgy meal replacements, just sensible pure food).
- 9 bootcamp workouts (usually Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays all at 6am-7am)

or as a quick, mean inch-shedder before
a special event or holiday.
- A period of 2 weeks following the same pure diet as above
