Embarking on a journey of change sometimes takes guts and many shy away from the group training format. Sessions would take place at my studio in Hampton. You can train on your own OR share the sessions with a partner. A food plan is provided and strongly encouraged. Choose from:-
- One session per week: Great if you're new to exercise or returning after a long break, or just plain nervous about the whole business. An eating plan is provided and you will see some results within a month.
- Two sessions per week. You will feel fitter, thinner AND have more energy providing you follow the recommended nutritional plan. After 4 weeks you will fit into a clothes size smaller. Add a bootcamp class to this and you're really making progress.
- Monitoring programme. Perhaps you are already motivated and have a good exercise schedule of your own in place. You just want to someone to check up on you. Weighing, measuring, adherence to an eating plan, food diaries and one session per month will ensure you stay on track.
The cost is £400 for 10 sessions (or £45 per individual session or £60 with two sharing).
